Much too short of a book, even for the very low price I paid. Not even a book, really; just a few inconclusive vignettes amounting to about five minutes worth of reading. I like to support researchers and therapists pursuing these esoteric realms of endeavor, but this particular author needs to offer her readers much more in return for their money. My advice to anyone reading this is to pay the few extra dollars to buy and read one of Dolores Cannon's far longer and more substantive books like, Custodians, Keepers of the Garden, or Legacy From the Stars if hypnotic regression into extraterrestrial lives is of interest to you.Product details

This one just really makes you rethink all the possibilities of what reality is. I don't know if I'm a 100% believer, but it makes me wonder how one's mind could just "come up" with stories like these...it's got to come from somewhere. Just really interesting. I recommend it.
The book is short but I liked it I do astral projection I met many beings in my travels mostly non human but my et experiences are hard to remember don't know why but it is what it is I guess. I chose this book cause it was cheap and had to try it out and liked it I'll consider buying more from this author maybe after my anime stuff
